We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Chris and Construction Project Pros. They completely renovated a condo for us on Venice Island. To begin with we received a contract from them outlining the work to be done with pricing and deadlines. Communication was excellent. Phone calls, texts and emails were all responded to in a timely manner. Since we’re not local we also communicated by zoom calls. Chris is very knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and design. He was very receptive to all our ideas and provided lots of constructive advice. It was a pleasure working with true professionals. Our place is spectacular!

We needed to have a bathroom renovation done in Venice. We are not from the area, so we started contacting different contractors. When meeting with contractors Chris stood out to us because he listened to what our needs were and then gave us good suggestions. He was also able to give us a realistic timeline which was important to us since it is a vacation rental. Once the work started, he helped us with a water leak from another unit (unrelated to the work they were doing) which we really appreciated as we don't live in the area. He was patient and helpful through that issue. Chris was easy to reach and kept us up to date through the whole process. The finished product is beautiful. ...
